TEAM WONDERREEL FirstWatch uses a digital rights management system to protect the intellectual property of our content partners. That makes some systems get grumpy when they try to play our shows. To be sure you can watch whenever you want, here are our tips.

• As an invitational preview, FirstWatch is only available through web browsers. We do not provide apps for mobile devices, smart TVs, or connectors like Roku, Amazon Fire or Google Chromecast.
• If you’re using a desktop computer, please use a Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera browser.  Our videos may not play on other web browsers.
• If you’re using a mobile device, such as an iPad, iPhone or Android device, please use Google Chrome or Firefox. Our videos may not play on other web browsers.
• In general, if you’re having other trouble, try refreshing your browser or clearing your browser cache (sometimes called “recent history”).
